Q. Does this really work?
A: Yes. Ranking top of online searches and AI queries will generate more calls and messages from leads looking for your services.
Q. How long before  I see results?
A: It usually takes between 2 - 6 weeks to set everything up, including your website. You'll see your ranking in online searches improve within the first (free) month. Depending on local competition I aim to have your business inside Google's 3-Pack within 1-3 months.
Q. What is a fully managed website?
A: I manage all the website maintenance and I also carry out any adds, moves, and changes to the site layout and site contents requested by you via the email. I aim to have all requested changes resolved within 3 working days but it's usually quicker than that.
Q. Does the website include a privacy policy?
A: Yes. Your fully managed website comes with a license to Termageddon, an auto-updating Privacy Policy generator & website compliance Tool. This helps protect your business from fines and lawsuits by creating your Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and other website policies. Please note I am not a legal expert and cannot advise you on legal matters.
Q: Why can't I manage / edit the website myself?
A: Running your business website as a fully managed service helps keep my costs down by reducing support tickets. That's reflected in the monthly cost which is much lower than other freelancers / agencies.
Q: Who owns the website?
A: You do. The website and the contents are yours. If you choose to cancel the service you'll get admin access to the website to move it wherever you like. Please note that as soon as admin access is given to the website I no longer support it (I'm adding a support page to this site to make moving your site as easy as possible).
Q: Will I need to buy licenses if I move my website?
A: Yes. If you cancel the service and want to move your website you will need to purchase licenses for the plugins used to build the site. To help with this you will get an 'Owners Manual' with all the details of the licenses for the required plugins used on the website. 
Q: How do you access my booking system to get reviews?
A: I set up a simple, secure integration with your booking system to automatically send review requests to your customers. Where that's not possible I'll work with you on alternatives to send regular review requests.
Q: Why only £75?
A: I’ve worked with a lot of business owners who helped me focus on the things that actually bring more leads, booking, and sales. This help me create lean processes that use automation as much as possible without losing quality. This helps keep costs down which is reflected in the price.
